Return & Refund Policy

Please check your address and order before finalizing your order to ensure everything is correct. If your package is returned to us we will contact you to get a correct address and you will be responsible for paying shipping once again.

If you accidently ordered the wrong item BEFORE shipment, please contact us ASAP at info@animecasestickershop.com 

If you accidently ordered the wrong item AFTER shipment, we will be able to exchange it out for the correct item after you return the item in it's original packaging/state SEALED AND UNOPENDED. If the item/order is NOT returned SEALED AND UNOPENDED, we will not exchange or accept the return. You are responsible for shipping fees!

Contact us as at daisukiiaa@gmail.com soon as your receive your item AND after you return it. You are responsible for shipping expenses 

Every order will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery, however, when the order is shipped, any damages or lost items are USPS & Couriers Responsibility.
